Since the Banglarbhumi Portal is an official website, using it is safe and easy. We will go over how to register on the Banglarbhumi portal and access land records in detail in this article.

How to Register on Banglarbhumi Portal Online :

Step 1 : Firstly, visit the official West Bengal government website, banglarbhumi.gov.in, to watch West Bengal Khatian online on your phone or laptop.

Step 2 : Select the Sign-up option that is displayed above.

Step 3 : The registration form will open in front of you. Where you will have to give information related to yourself.

Step 4 : In the registration form, fill all the information correctly and give your mobile number and active email address. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and email address. Also, create a good password as per your wish and finally fill the captcha code given and click on Submit option.

Step 5 : You will be registered on the Banglarbhumi portal as soon as you select the Submit option. Now that you have your username and password protected, you can access the Banglarbhumi portal by logging in.

Note: Your mobile number is your username and password must be more than 8 characters.

How to View Land Record from Banglarbhumi Portal :

Step 1 : After registration on the website, click on the Sign-in option visible on the home page of the website.

Step 2 : Next, enter the captcha code, fill in the Username and Password fields as indicated in the Citizens section, and click the Login button.

Step 3 : Select the “Know Your Property” option, which is located in the upper right corner, to view your land record.

Step 4 : Now click on the Name wise option visible in the section of Mouza identification and select the name of your District, Block and Mouza.

Step 5 : Select the option of Normal Khatian from the section of options visible on the right side of Mouza identification. Now if you have your plot number then choose the option of Search by plot or choose the option of Search by Khatian and enter the information according to the selected option and fill the given captcha and click on the View option.

Note: You will need to provide your Plot number if you select the Search by Plot option, and your Khatian number if you select the Search by Khatian option. We’ll explain how to search land records by Khatian number in this article. You are free to select any option you like.

Step 6 : Information about your land record will open in front of you after you enter the Khatian number and select the View option. This is the place where you can view all the information pertaining to your land, including your Khatian number, the landowner’s name, your father’s name, your address, the total number of acres on your land, and the number of plots you own.
