Step 1: First of all, open Chrome browser in your phone and search Madhya Pradesh Bhulekh Official Website mpbhulekh.gov.in .

Step 2 : Once you click on the link mentioned above, you will be redirected to the official home page of Land Records Madhya Pradesh (MP Bhulekh). Now here you will see a lot of options from which you will have to click on the ‘Bhu-Abhilekh/ भू-अभिलेख’ option.

Step 3 : Now two options will open in front of you, click on the Yes option shown below the first option i.e. do you want to search measles in the land records.

Step 4 : Now an interface will be opened. Here you will have to enter some details. You will have to select your district, tehsil, and your village.

Now select the ‘Khasra number’ option. Now you will have to select your Khasra number from the drop-down menu. Then just enter the given captcha correctly and click on the ‘View details/ विवरण देखें’ button.

Step 5 : You have to scroll down a bit, here you will see some options. You will have to click on the first option which is ‘Land Parcel details/ भू-भाग का विवरण’.

Once you click on the land parcel details all the Khasra and Khatauni linked to this number will appear on the screen. Now click on the ‘View’ button you will see the copy of Khasra Khatauni.

Step 1: First of all, open the mpbhulekh.gov.in website and register yourself in the mpbhulekh website by clicking on the Register as public user button visible on the right side of the home page and filling the asked information.

Step 2 : After registration you will be given login id and password. Fill that login id and password in the login section visible on the website of mpbhulekh and fill the given captcha and click on the submit option.

Step 3 : Now from the options that appear, select the second option i.e. land record copy.

Step 4 : Select your district, tehsil, village, then choose the option of land owner, khasra number, plot number as per your convenience and fill the information as per the selected option and click on the option of view details. .

Step 5 : Click on View Details and scroll down the page, you will see that the actual details of the land owner and Khasra will open in front of you. Select the Khasra you want to download and click on the Select option shown below.

Note: Keep in mind that you can choose any number of Khasras as per your wish.

Step 6 : In the record type shown below, select the copy of which you want to download and select the record from which year to which you want to download and click on the option of copy fee.

Step 7 : Now the application number will appear in front of you and the payment amount will also appear. To download Ek Khasra, you will have to pay an amount of ₹ 30. Click on the payment option shown below.

Step 8 : Now on the page that opens, you will get to see the details of the service and the service fee i.e. ₹ 30. You tick the check box of Terms and Conditions and click on Submit option.

Step 9 : As soon as you click on the Submit button, the payment page will open in front of you. You select any mode of credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI and complete the payment process by entering all the information and clicking on the Make Payment option.

Step 10 : After making the payment, the amount paid by you will be visible in your wallet. Now again you should adopt the digitally signed Khasra/Khatauni extraction process from the beginning. This time, as soon as you click on the payment option, your payment process will be completed successfully.

Step 11: After payment, go to the home page of the website and select the first option, Land Records Copy Download, from the options visible.

Step 12 : Now your application number, Khasra number and all the information will appear in front of you. Click on the print option that is visible.

Step 13 : As soon as you click on the print option, your digitally signed Khasra/Khatauni will be downloaded and appear in front of you. Which you can easily use in any government office.
