4. Khatauni No. Wise/ ਖਤੌਨੀ ਨੰ: ਮੁਤਾਬਕ

Select any one of the four options based on your preference and convenience. For this article, we will be clicking on the ‘Owner name wise’ option.

Step 3 : On the next page, you will now need to enter your specific District name, Tehsil name, Village name, and the relevant year. Once you have filled in all the required information, simply click “Set Region”.

Step 4 : You will now have four options available: Roznamcha, Mutation, Jamabandi and Mutation After Registry. You must select the “Jamabandi” option here.

Step 5 : You can now search using one of four options: Owner’s Name Wise, Khewat No. Wise, Khasra No. Wise, or Khatauni No. Wise. In this case, you must select the “Owner’s Name Wise” option.

Step 6 : You must now accurately enter the name of the land owner and then select the “View Owner Relations” option.

Next, click the select button that appears before the name you entered.

Step 7 : At this stage, every Khewat number associated with the name you entered will be displayed. Select all of them by clicking on the option. Next, correctly enter the captcha code and select “View Report.”

Step 8 : To download the complete Jamabandi report for your land, you must now select the “Click here to download PDF file” option.

In this file, you will get to see the Khewat Number, Khatauni Number, and your Land records as well.
