Online Process of Making Birth Certificate :

• Step 1. First of all you have to go to this website www.crsorgi.gov.in.
• Step 2. Select “General Public Signup” in the “User Login” section on the home page.
• Step 3. Fill out the user registration form and submit.
• Step 4. After this you will be provided with User ID and Password.
• Step 5. Going back to the website, log in with the user login details.
• Step 6. After this select “Apply for Birth Certificate” option.

Process to Make Offline Birth Certificate :

• Step 1. Get the application form for birth certificate from your nearest e-Mitra.
• Step 2. Fill the application form completely and attach photocopies of required documents.
• Step 3. In rural areas – Get the signatures of Sarpanch, Patwari and any first class government employee on the application, then submit it to the Gram Panchayat office.
• Step 4. In urban areas – Do the same process in the municipality office.
• Step 5. Get the birth certificate from there at the same time.
