Note that when you go to vote, it is checked whether your name is on the voter list along with your voter card. If your name is not present in the voter list, you are not allowed to vote. Step 1 : Friends, first of all, open the official website of the Election Commission of India, voters.eci.gov.in, in your Chrome browser.

Step 2 : Now, a new page will open where you will be presented with three options to view the voter list. Below, we have explained in detail about all three methods. You can choose any one method according to your preference to view your name in the voter list.

First Method : Search by Details

If you choose the first method, which is searching by details, to view the voter list, you will need to fill in some information. First, in the Personal Information section, enter your name, surname, relative’s name, age, date of birth, and gender. Then, in the Location Details section, select the name of your district and fill in the given captcha code correctly before clicking on the search option.

Second Method : Search by EPIC

If you have your voter ID card or a copy of your voter ID card photo with you, you can opt for the second method to check the voter list. First, choose your preferred language, then enter the EPIC number provided on your voter card. Select your state, fill in the given captcha code correctly, and click on the Search option.

Third method : Search by Mobile Number

If you are not able to check your voter list through the first and second methods, you can also do it through the third method, which is by using your mobile number. However, it is crucial to remember the mobile number you used when applying for your voter ID card. First, select your state and language preference. Then, enter your mobile number in the designated section. Please ensure that you enter the same mobile number that you used when applying for your voter ID card. Finally, fill in the captcha code and click on the Search option.

Step 3 : By using any one of the three methods mentioned above and clicking on the search option, you will see the complete details of your voter ID displayed. For example, if you use the method of searching by mobile number, all the voter ID cards associated with your mobile number will be listed along with their names and personal information.

Step 4 : By clicking on the “View details” option, you can see the complete detailed information of your voter ID card, such as your EPIC number, name, age, gender, relative’s name, polling status, etc. Additionally, by clicking on the option “Print voter information,” you can download the slip and keep it for your reference. This slip will be valid during the voting process.

How to Check Voter List of your village/district ?

Step 1 : First of all, open the official website of the Election Commission in your Chrome browser: https://voters.eci.gov.in/download-eroll?StateCode=S26.

Step 2 : Now, on the newly opened page, enter the name of your state, district, and assembly, then select your language and fill in the captcha code correctly. As soon as you click on the search section below, you will see the option to download information according to different polling stations on the page.

Step 3 : You can download the entire voter list by clicking on the download option appearing in the Draft roll 2024 or Final roll 2024 sections, as per your preference. Before downloading, make sure to pay attention to the polling station.

Step 4 : The downloaded voter list will provide you with complete details of how many voters are registered in the selected Part details or polling station. It will also indicate the number of women and men registered at that polling station.

Furthermore, a picture of the polling booth will also be provided along with the address of the polling booth. The voter list will detail the number of registered voters at your selected polling station, along with comprehensive information including the names of all voters, their father’s or husband’s name, etc. You can also check your own name in the voter list to see if it is registered at the polling booth.
