Madhya Pradesh Government has launched “Mukhyamantri Sikho Kamao Yojana”. Under this scheme, unemployed youth will be provided free skill training and they will also get monthly allowance during the training. This training will take place in various institutions without any fee. After completion of training, youth will also be provided job opportunities. Benefits of Sikho Kamao Yojana 2024 :

• Training will be provided to educated youth in various fields.
• During the training, the youth will be given a stipend of Rs 8,000-10,000 per month.
• This stipend will be sent directly to the beneficiary’s bank account through DBT.
• The government has selected hundreds of areas where youth will be trained.
• After training, youth can get jobs in the same field.
• About 1 lakh youth of the state will benefit from this scheme.
• This will reduce the unemployment rate in the state and solve the problem of youth getting employment.
• The state government will give 70% of the amount to the beneficiary youth and the companies will give 20%.

Eligibility Criteria :

• The applicant must be a citizen of Madhya Pradesh.
• The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 29 years.
• The applicant must have completed 12th class, ITI or any other higher education.
• The applicant should not currently be working on any government post.
• The applicant’s Aadhaar card should be linked to his bank account.
• The applicant must have his own bank account.
